WHO WE ARE: Maryland Faith for Marriage Equality is a coalition of clergy, congregations and people of faith across Maryland who support the Civil Marriage Protection Act signed into state law March 1, 2012. We believe this law preserves religious freedom while treating our gay and lesbian friends, family and neighbors with dignity and respect. Marriage equality is essential to all Maryland families seeking to provide their children with a loving and stable home protected under law.
